Crossfire: Ancient Maps Load Again

Dear map makers,

(intended audience: Crossfire map makers working with old maps)

Gridarta for Crossfire can load and edit ancient maps again. Andreas Kirschbaum
restored the support for map files that still use obsolete map attributes
(which had been removed earlier):

1. "x" instead of "width".
2. "stand_still" instead of "fixed_resettime".

Why does this matter? Without this support such maps could not be opened at
all, so the only way to update an old map was editing the map file by hand.
Now you can open the map in the editor, make your changes and save it.

The change is in the current development version and in the snapshot releases
of CrossfireEditor built since then.
